Sign in to your account and go to order history & details.
In order history all orders can be found. Click on details behind the order you want to request a cancellation. Orders with the
status processing or shipped are no longer eligible for cancellation. Submitting a request will be denied.
On the order page, scroll down to the section where you can leave a message. Please tell us if you want to cancel the full order, or partial. After saving, your
message will be visible on the order page.
If your request is a success, the order status will change to REFUNDED
Cancellation requests that are done by email, contact form or chat will not be accepted. These instructions have to be followed.
